Showboy, real name Sam Safo, was given a 6-year prison term in March 2019 for biting Junior US’ ear and stabbing him after a fight in 2017. Junior U.S., who reported Showboy to the police, eventually passed away in the United States as a result of a robbery attack, unrelated to his dispute with Showboy, who was already in jail at the time of his death.
Even though the controversial musician was incarcerated serving his sentence, he managed to stay in touch via social media.
Remember how he accused Criss Waddle of setting him up with the entire episode that led to his arrest a year ago?

In a post on social media, he wrote;
Criss Waddle sent junior us to my residence (apartment) five years ago, They set me up, and ever since then, my life hasn’t been the same. July 3,2016 . This day will never leave me. They lied to the police, admitted nothing in court, and said they were afraid of me, according to the statement that may be read.
Showboy released a court document and asserted, “This proves everything I’ve been saying about Criss Waddle.”
I informed the court that I’m a gunsta, and the prosecution stated that I have a big ego and that I call the shots. If not for Junior being sent to me by Criss Waddle to come pay me the money that Criss Waddle owed me, all of this would never have happened because Junior was never my friend. That was a friend of Criss Waddle who disliked me because he was envious. The facts are that Criss Waddle and his cronies set me up. Criss Waddle hasn’t visited me since I last saw him five years ago, “oy stated.
